Serendipia Capital Partners continues its investment strategy in high-value and high-growth potential companies in the Mediterranean arc with the acquisition of Indetec - Engineering for Technological Development S.L., a leading Valencian firm in the design and manufacturing of advanced industrial machinery.

Founded in 1940 (as Construcciones Vento S.L) and based in Paterna (Valencia), Indetec has consolidated its position as a key player in the agri-food, energy, pharmaceutical, and waste management sectors. Its ability to develop tailored technological solutions has allowed the company not only to maintain sustained growth but also to become the technological partner of innovative industrial companies.

"The investment in Indetec reinforces our commitment to business development in the Mediterranean arc and reaffirms our ability to identify companies with great potential for value creation," highlighted Isaac Villalba, CEO of Serendipia Capital Partners. "Our philosophy is clear: we seek companies with strong teams and a leadership vocation in their sector, which we can support in their next phase of growth, generating value for both current partners and new shareholders."

Antonio González (Commercial Director) and Álvaro Casañ (Technical Director) emphasized the importance of this strategic move: "After the growth and consolidation experienced in recent years, we believe that this corporate operation with Serendipia will help us take Indetec to the next level." For his part, Juan Ramón Morillas (Operations Director) highlighted the importance of the partnership between Serendipia and the current management: "Their experience in the professionalization and expansion of industrial companies, combined with our know-how, offers us a unique opportunity to enhance our innovation and growth, without losing the essence that has allowed us to get here."

With this operation, Serendipia Capital Partners strengthens its specialization in the identification and development of business acquisitions in the Valencian Community, maintaining its commitment to strategic sectors with high potential for scalability and consolidation. This acquisition not only ensures the continuity of the management team but also allows Indetec to access new resources and markets, strengthening its role in the Valencian and Spanish industrial ecosystem.
