Isaac Villalba, CEO & Managing Partner
Before founding Serendipia, Isaac spent six years at Atitlan Group, where he rose to become Investment Director of its industrial and services division. Previously, he held finance and investment roles at BNP Paribas, Porcelanosa, and BP.
Isaac holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Universitat Jaume I and a Master’s in Financial Institutions and Markets from CUNEF.
Francisco Carrión, Partner
Francisco has held executive roles in the oil industry, ultimately serving as CFO for BP’s Mediterranean region (Spain, Portugal, France, and Turkey) and was a member of BP Spain’s Board of Directors.
He holds a Bachelor’s in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Valencia, completed the Advanced Management Program at IE Business School in Madrid, and studied CFO Excellence at Wharton Executive Education, UK.
David de la Cagiga, Head of Investor Relations & Partner
Prior to joining Serendipia, David founded Ágora Asset Management. He served as Director of Investor Relations at Bancaja and as Vice President at Société Générale in Equity Capital Markets.
David has a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from ESIC and a European Master’s in Management from ESCP Business School.
Óscar Miguel, COO & Partner
Before joining Serendipia, Óscar held executive positions in the industrial sector. He was the Director of Organization and Expansion at Padel Galis, leading corporate areas and expansion plans. Previously, he was the Director of all subsidiaries in Spain and Portugal at Grupo Porcelanosa. He also served as Financial Manager and Head of Purchasing at Noken Design. He began his career as a Financial Controller at Rocersa.

Javier Navarro, Associate
Prior to joining Serendipia, Javier was an Investment Analyst at Atitlan Group.
He holds a degree in International Business from the University of Valencia and an MBA Junior from EDEM.
Gonzalo Gorostiza, Operating Analyst
Gonzalo developed his career at PwC in the audit division and began his professional journey at Aceros Olarra.
He holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of the Basque Country.
